Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive consent forms and questionnaires to complete before your visit.

As a patient at Mystic Valley Sexual Wellness, you’ll also become a MyValley Member! This exclusive membership is included with all packages (except Intimacy) and ensures your care continues seamlessly after your initial four-month onboarding. Once your package ends, membership continues at $200/month (billed quarterly), providing ongoing support, including quarterly follow-ups, lab work as needed, direct access to your provider, priority booking, and a 10% discount on shop items—plus exclusive perks like our member newsletter, community events, and early access to new services!

In addition to hormone therapy (if appropriate), your plan may include vibratory therapy, personalized stress management, targeted symptom relief (including non-hormonal solutions and treatments for hair thinning/loss), comprehensive lab testing, an off-site DEXA bone density scan, and tailored fitness and nutrition guidance.
